The A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum on the Michigan Tech campus offers the largest public exhibit of minerals from the Great Lakes region and is further recognized as the Mineral Museum of Michigan. With mineral specimens from around the world, the museum features one of the best fluorescent mineral exhibits in the United States, historic specimen collected over 100 years ago, and the Guinness World Record holding largest copper recovered from the bottom of Lake Superior.
